MIKROLINK offers some opportunities of probation for the high school and university students on the basis of the actual needs of the related corporate units and departments. The Human Resources Department evaluates the applications of potential probationers received from the concerned units and departments, and the approved probationers are engaged at the specified date.
Training and Improvement
The training needs are determined on the basis of the corporate strategies, objectives, human resource policies, individual performance and potential evaluation as well as the job requirements. The employees are provided with any necessary facilities for training and improvement. Then comes the career planning for employees, so that the qualified employees undergo horizontal and vertical appraisal for the higher ranks or reserve positions.
