In the process of recruitment, we have adopted the principle “the right man for the right job” to select the candidates in compliance with the corporate culture and objectives. In this context, when any open position appears, the Human Resources Unit launches the recruitment process through some Internet or newspaper announcements.
The appropriate candidates undergo an interview for the positions involved. Depending on each position, some measuring and evaluation methods and tools are used, including an application form, foreign language test, and the personality and qualification forms.
Through interviews handled in participation of the human resources manager and the managers of the related departments and units, the eligible candidates are evaluated. This evaluation aims at selecting such candidates as would completely meet the corporate values and job qualifications, and create differences with their performance.
