The Company retains the traffic and access records that must be kept under the legislation on servers located in Türkiye for [5651 Log Retention Period], in a manner that ensures their accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, and shares them only when duly requested by the competent authorities. Persons who believe that content on the Site infringes their personality rights, intellectual property rights or other legal rights may submit an application to info@mikrolink.com.tr or mikrolinkbilisimsanayi@hs03.kep.tr, stating their name, surname and contact details, the full address (URL) of the content concerned, the grounds for the infringement, and documents proving their entitlement to the right. The right of the persons concerned to apply directly to the criminal judgeship of peace under Articles 9 and 9/A of Law No. 5651 is reserved.

12. Commercial Electronic Messages and the Message Management System (İYS)

Commercial electronic messages such as promotions, campaigns, event invitations, newsletters and similar communications that the Company may send to the User’s e-mail address or telephone number are sent within the framework of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Messages, and only on the basis of prior explicit consent. The User has the right to refuse commercial electronic messages at any time without giving any reason, and may exercise this right via the opt-out link included in the messages, through İYS, or by sending a written notice to info@mikrolink.com.tr. Opt-out notices are processed within 3 (three) business days at the latest in accordance with Article 11 of the Regulation, after which the sending of commercial electronic messages to the User stops. Transactional messages sent within an existing commercial relationship regarding information, proposals, invoices and service continuity, as well as the exceptions under the legislation for merchant and tradesperson recipients, are outside the scope of this provision.

13. Amendments, Severability and Waiver

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend, update or restructure these Terms of Use in line with changes in the applicable legislation, technical requirements, or its commercial policies. The updated text enters into force as soon as it is published on the Site, and the date and version information in the "Last Update and Effective Date" section at the beginning of the text is updated accordingly; Users can check which version is in effect in this section. Material changes are also announced separately on the Site; continued use of the Site after the changes means that the current terms are accepted. If any provision of these terms is held invalid, void or unenforceable by a competent court or administrative authority, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions; the invalid provision is deemed replaced by the valid provision closest to the parties’ original intent. The Company’s failure or delay in exercising any right arising from these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right and does not prevent its subsequent exercise.

14. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Contact
